Wearing vintage dress and Nine West shoes
Over the weekend I got to hang with new pals Bianca and Rachel of Small Girls PR. They hosted the #ReFashionerlaunch event, PUNCH DRUNK FASHION at Gleason’s Gym complete with lady boxing, a runway show, and “knock-out punch”. I wore this great 60’s vintage dress that I’ve had for over a year. It finally made its debut! I love it because of the high neck and collar action, as well as the cut around the shoulders. More about the event..
ReFashioner just launched their website, and it is sort of like an online consignment shop. You can sign up for an account, and add items to sell in your “closet”. I’m a big believer in recycling clothing (thrift queen, much?), and ReFashioner lets you buy and sell online without having to deal with appointments for traditional consignment shops.
Here’s the gist of it from ReFashioner.com: Open a virtual closet on ReFashioner and upload your new or lightly worn treasures. Shop the most highly-curated selection of great vintage and designer pieces. Make style friends, do quizzes, tell your clothes’ stories, stalk others’ closets, and perpetually refashion your wardrobe.
Sooo.. I’ll be cleaning out my closet pretty soon! Can’t wait to list and trade my clothes.
